Policy
To secure Your accommodation, please contact us directly via email. Upon reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required for confirmation, with the remaining 70% due two weeks prior to arrival, payable to the provided IBAN account. In the event of guest cancellation, non-arrival, or failure to settle the remaining reservation amount two weeks before arrival, the reservation will be canceled, and the property retains the 30% initial deposit without refund. In case of no cancellation of two weeks before arrival or no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
Included in the price are a range of amenities to enhance Your stay, such as bed linen, towels, toiletries, tourist tax, parking garage, garden access (for Exclusive Room), Wi-Fi, and kitchen essentials. Additional services available at an extra cost includes breakfast, transportation and pre-stocking of the apartment, providing You with the flexibility to tailor experience to your preferences. Breakfast is available with an additional charge.
Check-in time is set for after 15:00, and guests are kindly asked to check out before 10:00.
Pets are welcome in our hotel; however, prior notice is required. Please note that pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms. A pet fee applies and varies depending on the size of the dog (small or large).
Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in the guest’s room. Pets must not be left unattended.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.
Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing their room.
Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Otherwise, your stay may be cancelled.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
