Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects Hotel Rules.

For Your convenience we have provided a safe deposit box, located in the wardrobe in your room. Hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of Your personal belongings. In case of any loss, You are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception. We suggest You to double check safe deposit box in Your room upon your departure from the Hotel.

Hotel is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel can charge the penalty fee.

For Your convenience hotel has parking garage which is complimentary. Hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of Your vehicle in the parking garage.

In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.

If You have any suggestion on hotel service or if You have any technical problem in Your room, please be free to inform us at Your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that You might have, when hotel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount.

To secure Your accommodation, please contact us directly via email. Upon reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required for confirmation, with the remaining 70% due two weeks prior to arrival, payable to the provided IBAN account. In the event of guest cancellation, non-arrival, or failure to settle the remaining reservation amount two weeks before arrival, the reservation will be canceled, and the property retains the 30% initial deposit without refund. In case of no cancellation of two weeks before arrival or no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.

Included in the price are a range of amenities to enhance Your stay, such as bed linen, towels, toiletries, tourist tax, parking garage, garden access (for Exclusive Room), Wi-Fi, and kitchen essentials. Additional services available at an extra cost includes breakfast, transportation and pre-stocking of the apartment, providing You with the flexibility to tailor experience to your preferences. Breakfast is available with a charge of €15 per person per day.

Check-in time is set for after 15:00, and guests are kindly asked to check out before 10:00.

Pets are welcome in our hotel, with a fee of €15 per day.

Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in the guest’s room. Pets must not be left unattended.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.

Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.

Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing their room.

Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Otherwise, your stay may be cancelled.

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.

The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
